Meet Kyra
Hey, I'm Kyra, founder of Somatic Healing Arts™, creator of a somatic dance method, and a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) teacher's assistant, and a professional contemporary dancer.
For over a decade, I’ve guided women out of shame, to dissolve fear of judgment, and shift INTO their boldest, most radiant self-expression. My work blends ritual with somatic experiencing, attachment healing, dance, vocal toning, and creative expression. It is my mission to help women remember the innate wisdom of their bodies.
To me, somatic journeys are more than just tools and techniques, this is an art form, a living dialogue.Â
